Ingredients

1lb ground beef

1lb shredded brisket

2T BBQ sauce

Steps

Combine ingredients, form into patties, and cook.

Cook the burgers to your preference. For this, I would recommend medium (145-150 F).
Medium-rare isn’t going to have the same texture or color as a traditional burger, due to the already cooked brisket.
