Ingredients

1 cup oats

1 cup whole milk or plain Greek yogurt

2 eggs

Pinch cinnamon

1 tbsp vanilla

Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Spray large pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour batter into 3-inch pancakes and cook on stovetop.
  3. If desired, top with almond butter or cut in strips and dip in syrup.
