Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup canola oil

3/4 cups honey

2 TBSP coffee

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 cups Almond meal flour

Pinch of salt

Steps

Preheat oven to 350

Cream eggs and sugar together. Add in oil, honey, coffee, vanilla, salt and almond meal. Mix until combined. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool completely and cut into bars. Feel free to add seeds or nuts of your choice. It tastes delicious with sunflower seeds, walnuts or almond chunks too!
